These terms govern brenerstiff.com, Stiff Store and Stiff Coach. By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to the conditions below.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Brener Stiff, a content creator responsible for Stiff Store and Stiff Coach, based in Brazil.

2. Products and availability
Stiff Store pieces are produced in limited batches. Images, illustrations and colors may vary by screen and lighting; measurements are available in each product’s size guide.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer a full refund or replacement.
3. Prices and currencies
Prices can be shown in Brazilian real (BRL), US dollar (USD) or euro (EUR). The currency is selected on the site and confirmed at checkout.
Your card issuer may apply conversion or foreign transaction fees. The final amount is always the one shown on Stripe Checkout before confirmation.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept the methods enabled at checkout, including Pix, cards and digital wallets where available.
We do not store card numbers. Payment data is handled directly by Stripe under applicable security standards.
5. Delivery
We ship to Brazil and to the countries available at checkout. Delivery time starts after payment confirmation and varies by region and shipping option.
International orders may be subject to import duties and local taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Returns, exchanges and cancellation
You may exercise your 7-day right of withdrawal after delivery under Brazilian consumer law. See the Returns page for the step-by-step process.
Stiff Coach plans can be canceled at any time; access remains until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
7. Stiff Coach
Stiff Coach is a training and coaching service. It does not guarantee a specific physical result: outcomes depend on individual factors, adherence and health conditions.
The service does not replace medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.
8. Intellectual property
The brand, text, images, illustrations and other content on this site belong to Brener Stiff or are used with permission. Reproduction or commercial use without consent is not allowed.
